About Radon86

Radon86 was built on something simple: a neighbourly desire to keep Winnipeg families safe. Back in 2018, founder Lindsay Hill started testing homes in his own community after learning how common, how invisible, and how dangerous radon gas levels are across Manitoba. He wrote letters to the families in his neighbourhood explaining the risks, offered support without pressure, and quickly became the person people called when they needed honest answers and a reliable mitigation solutions.

Today, that same neighbour-first approach guides everything we do.

We’ve tested and mitigated radon in many different homes across Winnipeg, from St. James and Charleswood to Transcona and St. Vital. Every home is different, which is why we take the time to explain your results, walk you through your options, and recommend only what your home actually needs. No upselling. No scare tactics. Just clear guidance, quality workmanship, and a commitment to getting your radon levels as low as reasonably achievable.

At Radon86, we believe every family deserves a safe home, especially during Manitoba’s long winters when radon levels can rise. Whether you’re testing for the first time, reducing high levels, or preparing a new home for long-term safety, we’re here to help.
